The backpack in Big Walk expands what you can carry. Finding one and having a teammate strap it on you triggers the Big Pack achievement.

The backpack is a carry item that expands how much you can hold while exploring the island. To unlock the Big Pack achievement, find a backpack and have a teammate strap it on you; the achievement pops the instant it is equipped. According to community guides, one backpack sits in a blue building near the Red Tower, reachable shortly after crossing the drawbridge from the starting area. Wearing something on your hip together with the backpack also works toward the related Big Help achievement.
