The 'Big Makeover' achievement is earned by getting shiny. Travel to the salon, pick one of the three shiny paint colors, and have a teammate paint you with it to trigger the achievement. It is one of the more social and fun achievements in Big Walk, and it is a low percentage unlock according to trophy statistics.
